Gratz to the saturday morning team, Heroic Yor’Sahj puts us 2/8H and moves us up the ranks from 54th to 32nd on realm.

We now have 3 Mounts from Madness. Asterion (Wed) and Fresian (Thurs) Gratz to them.

Just an update on things and to keep the front page moving.

The officer meeting was pretty much bust, I want more people to show up, but again its hard to force people to use the website. Start of next xPac ill make sure they do.

We have our first boss drake Gratz Alinoth

Also have our first Rogue to get the 2nd stage daggers. Gratz to (ME) Kritsngigles.

This is something new I want to try, it may work it may not.

The idea is all the officers can get together and talk to each other, there will be an agenda but the first meeting will be a bit messy.
I have set up a vent channel for the meetings. Only Myself and the Officers will be able to speak in that channel, as it is a queued/muted channel. Without the proper rank you cant speak.

Others are welcome to listen in. The plan for that is all the officers will have VENT chat open, if someone wants to add something you say in as much detail in vent chat and i can bump up your rank if needed so you can have the floor or we can just talk about it if you are fine with it.

We can discuss on the night how often we should do this.

Agenda:
Officer Roll call – Absentees will be noted
Minutes from previous meeting – Updates on progress – Identify next steps, if any (None this time since it will be the first)
Review applications – Decide if to accpted/promote – Identify officer to notify the applicant
Discuss Guild Promotions – Officer/Raid/Member – Discuss Guild Demotions – Kick
Raiding Update each group – New content cleared – hurdles to progression – evaluations of new raiders, tips/tricks – Raid Leader feedback
New Business – Will ask around the present officers if there is anything they want to address – Issues that have been raised on the forums – Issues that have happened in game – Issues that have been brought up privately to an officer
Closure of meeting

This will be standard and i would like to continue doing it, its a good way to find out what we need to improve on.
It allows us to discuss things that have happened, or ideas anyone might have.
I will write up everything that happens and put it on the forums in the Guild Discussions section.

If we can get this off the ground, i can see this working well.

Be aware of the rules.

These are set in place for a reason. We are a Casual Raid guild that focus’s on having fun and the social aspect of raiding.

Please make sure you sign up to the website as the old forums were never used. Please voice your opinion about the rules in a new topic under the rules section.

An unheard question is an unanswered question. If you have questions ask me. I am the Guild Leader, I am here to listen to problems (game related or RL)

I can not force you to use the forums but I do advise on checking them, usefull stuff will be posted, although they are very empty at the moment.

I myself am going to try and put more effort into running the guild. I want to hear from all of you different ways that things can be improved.

I have an idea already I want to enforce and that includes everyone who cares.

Well Congratz guys. We have done it. Heroic Morchok is down, which makes us 1/8H and its a first heroic kill while its current content.

Disappointing that we still had agi thrown weapon drop since no one in the group can use it. But gratz to the others who got loot.
We are continuously  dropping Deathwing every week. Its good to see people starting to gear out in full BiS Normal Gear

Congratz once again iGuild.

We have done it, a couple of weeks ago we downed Spine for the first time, I have been a bit lazy and never posted the kill shot for it. But that attempt we took it slow and steady and used 4 heals. It worked took about 12min but we did it.

But after last weeks teribad performance on Spine failing to kill tendons and stupid crap like that, even managing to roll while dpsing the last tendon past the 10% mark, This week was just pure Brilliance.
The whole raid cleared up to spine in just under 1.5 hours, 1 shot everything, have a 10min break come back and all the DPS were on the ball, Spine 1 shot.
Onto Madness, the strat had been sorted. 1st attempt get to the 4th platform and wipe at 4.3% No tanks – bugger.

2nd Attempt FTW. 1 death, Epic Kill.

Now on an unrelated note to Raid’s The website can now be viewed on mobile devices using the same URL. Im also re implementing the Forums, as it serves a good place to discuss addons, strats, research on classes and general “Howtobebetteratmyclass”
Everyone will need to sign up to the website again, this should be alot easier to follow than the old forums. Also the Image board has its own menu now, you can see it from the home page so start dumping those images.

Good Evening Fellow Guildies.

Well the last 2 weeks has been pretty awesome for those raiding. Our raid groups are making some decent progress.

Son’s of iGuild (Saturday) Downed Warmaster Blackhorn or Gunship V2.0, only took a couple of weeks but we did it killshot follows

Wednesday is making some decent progress with our very short 2.5 hour raid slot (2 hours of raiding) Downed Ultraxion on Wednesday for the first time, we can say theres enough dps in the group since we did it with 3 healers.
Thursday/Sun is getting there but since we still dont have a full raid group (recruiting 1 Heals and 1 Tank still) its a bit nutz every week.

Now on a different note, with 3 raid groups running we are chewing through fish feasts. Still have quite alot of fish but its not going to last much longer, and same with the herbs. Flasks are going to run out soon so we need to keep our fishing and herbing up for the guild. I (Limpimp) am constantly putting my own mats into this guild (providing almost all the Lavascale Catfish), we need to keep our farming up because I see alot of people taking from the bank but not putting into it.

We did crack 200k Gold tonight though, but I dont know what people want to do.

I might need to set up another farming contest, but that is yet to be decided.

Yes, Happy New Year. Ohkay I know its 9 days late but im still saying it.

Just before the year ended “Son’s of iGuild” were working on Hagara, We got that fairly simple, that was much easier than Zon’ozz. Killshot Follows:

And after a whole week of thinking about Ultraxion we decided to 2 heal the fight, And got Ultra down within 3 wipes or so. Killshot follows:

And for the news that most of us know. Welcome to the Karma guild, Most of them have joined iGuild, we now have 3 raid groups running during the week. Speaking of which, the Third Group needs pretty much anything, Tanks, Healers and Ranged dps (We soo heavy on melee), a druid would be nice. Also a hunter. Feel free to contact Belathannon/Belannor or Myself Limpimp if you need more information about this. I will be updating as we go.

On a side note, the guild page will be going though a little bit of maintaince every now and again, We dont use our forums at the moment so im going to try and implement, something we can use. Also trying to make it so we can have all the raids combat logs seperate for the different groups we have running. That way we dont have to remember the dates they are on.
